●Do not use chemicals while cleaning. Note that hard polishing will damage the surface finish.

●Our glass panels come with a hanging apparatus on the back. You can easily hang our product on your wall using a nail suitable for your wall type. (Only the 93x93 cm size has a double hanging apparatus).

●Our kitchen products will be delivered to you with adhesive tapes already attached to the back. To mount the product on the wall, simply remove the protective film from the tapes and fix it to your wall.

When will my order be shipped after purchase?

The preparation of glass wall art can take 3 weeks.  The preparation time of the products may increase with the amount of handwork required for the product and during the campaign periods.

The shipping companies will deliver your order within 2-5 business days, approximately.

You will get the tracking number when we have shipped your order. So, it is very important to fill in your contact details and shipping information correctly.

Will I pay any shipping fees and customs duty fees?

No, you will not pay any extra fees other than the prices that you see on the checkout page. You will not pay any customs duty and shipping fees. All that costs will be paid by Glacida.
